Cadence reset behavior

What happens when a lead replies after going quiet.

Worked example · Riipen, Internship program

Marcus Rodriguez replies on Mar 8. RevReply uses the top personalization in the waterfall (LinkedIn role mention). Marcus replies again on Mar 10 — RevReply uses the second item (Recent funding round). Marcus then goes quiet. RevReply sends Follow-up 1 on Mar 13 and Follow-up 2 on Mar 17. On Mar 22, Marcus replies again. Because cadence-reset is on, RevReply treats this as a new Initial reply — but it skips LinkedIn role mention and Recent funding round (already used) and uses the third item in the waterfall.
